١ مكعب مرق دجاج
١⁄٢ ملعقة صغيره كمون
١⁄٢ ملعقة صغيره فلفل أسود مطحون
١⁄٢ ملعقة صغيره بهارات
١⁄٢ ملعقة صغيره زعتر

طريقة التحضير


١. تسلق المكرونه في ماء وملح حتى تستوي، تصفى من الماء من دون غسلها وتترك جانباً.

٢. في قدر، يوضع الزيت ثم تضاف البصلة المفرومه مع نصف كميه الثوم ويحمر قليلاً ثم يضاف اللحم المفروم ونصف البهارات وتترك لتستوي نصف سواء.

٣. يضاف الفطر عليها ويقلى قليلا ثم يترك حتى تمام النضج على الجانب الاخر.

٤. لتحضير البشاميل، في قدر، توضع الزبدة لتذوب يضاف باقي الثوم المهروس ثم يضاف الدقيق ويقلب قليلاً، يضاف الحليب بالتدريج الى ان تمسك قليلاً، يضاف فوقه البيض وملعقه الصلصة وباقي البهارات ونصف مكعب المرقه.

٥. يوضع القليل من البشاميل على المكرونه وتقلب.

٦. في صينية الفرن، يوضع طبقه مكرونه وفوقها اللحمه المعصجه بالفطر، يفرك النصف الاخر من مكعب المرق ثم باقي المكرونه وأخيراً البشاميل.

طريقة التحضير


١. تسلق السباغيتي ثم تغسل بالماء البارد وتصفى.
